Tumbler Covers

If you are having trouble sliding your tumbler cover into the canister, we have a few suggestions and tips.
1) Identify what canister you have.  If the word “U-Turn” is on the canister, then you have the original U-Turn canister. If the canister is plain with no words, this is a new Treasure Tower canister.
2) Look at your tumbler cover and if the outside, rounded corner is smooth, this is the original U-Turn tumbler cover. If the rounded corner is NOT smooth and has a slightly trimmed edge on the right side, this is a Treasure Tower tumbler cover.

The U-Turn tumbler cover will NOT fit in the new Treasure Tower canister. The new, slightly shaved tumbler cover will fit both the U-Turn canister and the Treasure Tower canister.  HOWEVER, for optimal tumbling results, it is BEST to use only the U-Turn tumbler cover with the U-Turn canister.

Further Explanation:  In 2020 when Joe & Kathy Ruggiero took over Treasure Tower manufacturing, they had to have “U-Turn” removed from the canister mold before more canisters could be produced.  This caused the interior of the canister to be slightly smaller than it was previously and explains why a new Tumbler Cover had to be created to fit the new Treasure Tower canister.  It’s important to use a tumbler cover that fits snugly into the base of the canister to ensure the cover properly aligns with the tumbler wheel.
